I used to hate blue - hate it. The thought of using it in the interior of my home seemed barbaric. Luckily, at some point in my life, I was introduced to French Blue. You know - that blue that nods to the sky but with a bit of rustic depth to it? That blue. While I've been known to be a bit of a chameleon when it comes to the interior of my home, French Blue has become a staple for my kitchen. It pairs so beautifully with terracotta and with copper - both staples in my cottage. In fact, quite boldly, I'll confess that I think blue and orange are the most wonderful color combination there is. To me, a cottage kitchen is copper, ironstone, old knives, and in my case - French Blue.
